The Genus Care frame is a digital care support system created to help with elderly care and assisted living.
Through monitoring the living environment, raising alarms, sharing information and providing options to make video calls when needed, the Genus Care offers expert care support, making it easier to support those in need. The Genus Care Hub consists of the Genus Frame, the Genus App, the Genus Portal, the Genus GPS Button and the Genus Bluetooth Button.
In the case of any incidents or issues, the Genus Frame alerts caregivers and family when needed, protecting the health and safety of those who need it. By spotting changes in the environment and client behaviour, it can provide insights when changes occur, providing round-the-clock care without being intrusive.
The Genus Care is there to assist independent living as long as possible, allowing family and friends to share photos and messages, all while keeping the user cared for and protected. We don’t need to explain the importance of life, and the ‘Genus is the heart of care.

With the ability to push notifications to the frame the user can give live insights into their day by pressing one of the faces on the screen to indicate how they are feeling, whether they have taken medication or even indicate if they are going to attend a social event.
Monitor
Various sensors in the Genus register movement and behaviour to recognise daily routines. In addition to the routine monitoring, the Genus will measure the temperature, humidity and noise levels in the surroundings. When something unexpected happens or pre-set temperatures fall below or exceed the parameters, caretakers receive a notification. This way Genus keeps an eye on things, without invading privacy.
Assist & Alert
One press on the Assist button and your caretakers are notified. They can let you know if they will visit or maybe have a quick videocall. Also when someone is staying in bed longer than usual – Genus will pro-actively alert the caregivers. This way, we ensure you get the care you need.

Genus Mobile SOS Button
The Genus Mobile SOS Button extends the reach of the Genus Care photo frame and ensures that you are connected everywhere. The Genus Mobile SOS button works with any mobile network.
When the SOS button is pressed, an SMS with GPS coordinates is sent to the Genus Cloud alarming all caretakers. Once pressed, every caretaker will be able to call directly to the SOS button.
