Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our Sales & Purchasing team as an eCommerce Support Administrator Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in eCommerce, customer service, and business administration while gaining valuable workplace experience and professional qualifications.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will learn how to support online sales platforms, assist customers, maintain product listings, and provide administrative support to the purchasing team. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while developing valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, organisation, and commercial operations.
What you’ll be learning
- How to manage customer enquiries across online marketplaces, email and telephone.
- How to process returns, refunds, replacements, and shipment queries.
- How to create and maintain product listings across eCommerce platforms.
- How to support purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders and maintaining delivery schedules.
- How to use business systems, reporting tools, and eCommerce platforms effectively.
- How to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive customer feedback.
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above.
